My household helper (6ish hours a week) was recruited by a very popular and busy local restaurant to be their kitchen manager. It’s something she’s good at. And it’s a big step up in money.
But it also means full time at a stressful job.
I knew the moment she got the gig that she wouldn’t be able to take care of herself and keep helping me. Today we had that talk. Which she took well because she was worried about having to tell me she quit.
I love her to pieces. And this is an awesome step up for her.
But kitten. I need her - or someone like her. Before she got the gig I was going to ask if she could come for more hours here.
So. Anyhow. That irks me. But I am very happy for her.4 -

Ticks don't hop off their meal plan.
Have you seen a microscopic view of their head? They've got barbs which is why if they really latch on for any length of time, it's difficult to remove them. My niece went to the dr. for a check-up, had a tick well embedded in her back and she didn't have a clue. They had to use a special tool to remove it. We live in tick central here and it's been one of the worst years for them. Good luck Tman and get that sucker outta there! Carefully! If you can't then have someone else do it. 2 -

Ticks don't hop off their meal plan. Have you seen a microscopic view of their head? They've got barbs which is why if they really latch on for any length of time, it's difficult to remove them. My niece went to the dr. for a check-up, had a tick well embedded in her back and she didn't have a clue. They had to use a special tool to remove it. I bought a package of chocolate and powdered doughnuts and a Yoo-hoo and headed up to my Drs office. Offered them to anyone at the door waiting for them to open who would yank the little fella off.

Friend collectors. I just got a FR from some dude with a hot pic and 8 pages of hot chicks in his FL. I accepted, because I never refuse a FR, and 24 hours later, he has another dozen or so on top of me. No interaction on his wall with anyone, no reaching out, nothing in the forums interacting. So I called him out on it on his wall, and it took all of about thirty seconds for him to delete my post and to unfriend me.

Kids shouldn't eat cookies and candy. It'll give 'em a sweet tooth.
That's why adults need to take it themselves!
(Also, seriously, unless there's a sign, it's for everybody. And even if there was a sign, I'd take it anyway.)

you can just take whatever you need out of the office supply closet at work- that's what its there for.
heck they even have stuff like free toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning sprays in the janitor's closet down the hall2 -

The worst are the teeny tiny babies that you can feel but barely see.
