Hi Linda, and Vicky, Vicky you can have anything you want in this cafe. There are no side effects. I just don't like alcohol really, and I can't drink coca cola in the real world that often. Linda, it was mostly the Y's child care kids, or home school kids. The real young ones. We had rain here in the real world, lots of much needed rain. I spent the day doing housework so I call that exercise. For dinner tonight I'm going to have a t-bone steak with baked potato, peas, and a coca cola. For dessert I'll have some brownies, and an iced mocha.

Hi, Vicky and Zzyyggy. It’s not that I never drank alcohol, I don’t now because I have GERD and that means I get instantly sick if I drink alcohol. My parents did teach us to drink responsibly, however, little kids didn’t need to drink alcohol. Then again, Mom didn’t think little kids should drink sweetened beverages, either, with exceptions for special occasions. I never thought I was missing anything. Still, as an adult I’d have a drink now and then, but I was just as happy with iced tea, coffee, or water. If I could have a drink now my choices would be Sauvignon Cabernet, Pinot Grigio, a Sapphire martini straight up with olives, or Southern Comfort.

Which reminds me, Viktor, I’ll have a pot of coffee and a plate of chocolates. Let’s start with Russell Stover’s caramels and turtle—a mix of milk chocolate and dark chocolate, please. See, apparently, coffee and chocolate are much more important than alcohol. Plus, I’ve turned into my grandmother in my old age. I even give boxes of candy as gifts, except my grandmother always gave boxes of Russell Stover candy and we give boxes of Belgian chocolates. Costco’s Kirkland Belgian Luxury Chocolates are delicious. They are so good, that our grandson (who, at 16, is a chocolate connoisseur) requested a box for Christmas for the last couple of Christmases.
