Ultimate goal weight 133... several setbacks in the past two years. Started Jan 2018 181 pounds got down to a low of 143 pounds by Dec 2018 then it's been steadily up and down then up... I've calculated that if I lose on average 2lb per week roughly I should my goal by end Jan 2022.
Anyway, one step at a time!
I hope to lose at least 8lb this month.

2 Sept - 11.03 determined to get to month goal this month.
04 sept - 11.03 not doing so well so far this month.
05 sept - no weigh in off track yesterday. Beer and Indian. Back on it today.3 -

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My original goal is less than 15lbs away! I will get to that point and re-evaluate as I suspect that I may want to lose a bit more.
