Stay motivated for yourself! I agree though it's difficult when you have nothing planned or anything to look forward to coming up. I was planning to go to Florida in November to help my parents sell their house there but with the Delta variant and living in Canada, it's not looking good.

12 sept - not doing well, finding it so hard to keep to plan.
15 sept - 11.02 made myself get on the scales and nicely surprised. Not really been on plan so maybe a bounce soon.4 -

Youโve come really far!! Donโt give up!! At least eat at maintenance if you canโt eat at loss, and maybe slowly start taking off few calories at a time?
But I like @Annawan24 suggestion of making events to look forward to! (I need to do the same too!)
