Ultimate goal weight 133... several setbacks in the past two years. Started Jan 2018 181 pounds got down to a low of 143 pounds by Dec 2018 then it's been steadily up and down then up... I've calculated that if I lose on average 2lb per week roughly I should my goal by end Jan 2022.
Anyway, one step at a time!
I hope to lose at least 8lb this month.

Forgot to add I'm doing intermittent fasting. 17:7 is the goal but most days I push it to an 18 hour fast..

So I did the body measurement thing last night, and in addition to fighting the bloat, I'm also playing the recomposition game. With some success, too. So, while I have managed to loose 12 pounds since May, I've also added circumference around my limbs and torso. So that part is working, now about the bloat...4 -
