21.8 pounds lost total. 10.8 pounds lost in October. I did have a few beers last night and that tends to make the scale drop the next day so I'm expecting it to be a little higher tomorrow. Either way, I'm going in the right direction.4 -

5/3/21-240.5 lbs-Lost without really trying. Emergency Gallbladder surgery this day.

Upped my Elliptical again this week to 140 minutes and today I did 151 minutes! Did the extra 1 minute because I wanted the 12 miles! Down 68.8 lbs! More than halfway of the 133 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight!
UGW-122 lbs, was at that years ago (2009- kept it off for 5 years) after being at 255 lbs before. So I feel I can do it again. Just can't get lazy afterwards like before.
10/24/21-182.6 lbs. Staying on track with Calorie, Net Carb, water and my Elliptical of 150 minutes 3x/week on my off work days. Seem to be continuing about 10 lbs/month loss. Down 72.4 lbs from 9/14/20, down 57.9 lbs since 5/3/21.
10/27-180.8 lbs
10/28-10/30-182 lbs. Had my usual uptick before a drop.
10/31-181 lbs. Was expecting a drop to 180 or 179.9 lbs today but I'm going to be legalistic and count my calorie/carb management and exercise from today for November 1, AM weigh in. I may make my fourth goal for October challenge. First goal was 190, then 185, then 182.2 then the 180 or 179.9.
So I've lost 74 lbs since 9/14/20! 10.4 lbs this month!
I'll be back for November and let you know if I made the 180 or below tomorrow!

🎃 spend a few minutes daily straightening or clearing clutter, to make my surroundings more peaceful1 -

Two pounds lost is two pounds lost. I would like to pick up the pace, but I am *not* going to complain at mostly keeping all the juggling balls in the air while also losing weight. I'm building lifelong habits, here.

Didnt get to 180, 181.8 lbs. Had a uptick but stayed true to my carbs, calories, water and exercise so just normal weight fluctuations. Lost 30.2 lbs from 8/1/21 though so no reason to complain or be disappointed!
