    Hello everyone! Thank you for the virtual cheers! I did it!!! Finished in 4:46. Walked a bit on the hills, but finished strong. The most amazing experience of my life! My quads are sore but otherwise pretty good! Hoping to be on the bike tomorrow. Today I’m traveling and taking the day OFF!!

    Dad is doing great too. Thanks for the hugs. Next post will be a ride!

    Okay! I sat down this morning and added up all my peloton rides to date, plus counted 15 miles per Soulcycle I went to… total year to date 189.37. Looks like I’ve go a LOT of riding to do!!!!

    Two rides today - first was out on the roads, second was in Zwift. Second was higher effort than the first thanks to all the hills, believe it or not!

    Oh it was lovely - sun was out, temperature was warm but there was enough breeze to not overheat. I'm tired today but if I can get my taxes done in a reasonable time I still hope I can ride on the Peloton tonight :)
