RIGHT, I’m giving myself a swift kick up the bum today! I am going to sign up to a gym…. Been looking into it for a few weeks as never joined one. Purely looking to Do cardio, I know I will not do it myself at home and need to leave the house and spend time on myself. Weight has slowly crept on. I have packed away all my clothes I know don’t fit correctly and I will get them back out on the 28th Feb to see how I’m getting on, I’m going to a work event on 1st/2nd March so this is my new motivation for now.
Also logging my foods properly from today, must get back in the habit !
My old but still valid original motivation : I want to be in better shape for the summer -july, also my birthday month.
1lb a week is achievable without being too hard on myself, that’s 24 weeks 24 lb. I can do this!!!)

No stove or fridge for 8 days. It’s finally (almost) done. Today should be the last major day. I’m hoping more movement and water will help. And better planned meals.

Otherwise, diet has been good the past couple of days. There’s always room for improvement though. Also, my movement is very limited due to some new reno projects in kitchen, dining room and now living room. No privacy with crew either. I did start babysitting for my 4 year old grandson this week so that keeps me going up and down stairs. It’s better than nothing!
