Once again as a Friday night, i went out with my partner and friends to a sports bar/billiards hall. Til 1am so this skewed results.

Jan 22: 138.8 Went over my calories on Monday, but was under them every other day this week. I drank 64 oz minimum of water daily and even upped my exercise by 15 per day to compensate, but apparently those efforts didn't work. This has to be water retention because I didn't eat that many calories to gain fat. I think I'll be able to reach my goal this month anyway.

So, out of curiosity I weighed myself after an hour, and it appears now:
January 22: 208.2 (-.4)
So I guess it goes to show how much weight can very depending on water, food, etc7 -
Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.

December 31 (Starting Weight): - 150.4 (10-day average 150.8)
January goal - 148
Ultimate goal - Range between 145 - 150

Total loss for January Still heavier than the end of 2021, but it's less than a half pound, and I've been maintaining in a very small range for several months after gaining for several months and then taking most of it back off. My BMI is in the normal/healthy range, and my Smart BMI is 33/70, which indicates that metric thinks I am in the "ideal range" of 30-39. I'm just still not quite ready to give up on my old goal weight and instead reset it to 148-153 or even 145-155. If I did that, I wouldn't have to lose any more.7 -

The problem with playing around with tiny deficits is you have to actually stick to them and I havenโt! ๐๐
The other issue is motivation. Iโm not overweight anymore, but there are clothes that fit last summer that donโt fit anymore, so I kind of have a reason, but itโs not all that compelling. Hmmmโฆ9 -

Jan 8: 265.3 I think my 1/1 wt was incorrect but no worries I will own it and move forward. I definately put on some late Dec wt AGAIN, This next week will be about getting focused and back in a groove that will lead to steady wt loss.
Jan 15: 264.9 I am still trying to get things moving and still determined to win. At this point any loss this month will be a success. Alot can happen in two weeks so lets get to it.
