So daily I strive to meet my 10k steps but I am having issues with my ankles and I am in need of a good foot soak or remedy. Iām flat footed and overweight two bad combinations š. Help a sister out and let me know good tips, ideas, medicines etc. Thanks in advance š

I recommend a good pair of walking shoes (sneakers). I use Brooks brand; my latest model is Ghost. I believe that is their lightest weight sneaker design. Sneakers break down with time and mileage, perhaps yours need replacement.1

Agree with Maggie. You need the right shoes. Mine are light with support. I like Sketchers, and having the right shoes has changed my life.
Another thing I do if my ankles ache (I exercise a lot and have OA) is to K-tape them up until it passes.0
