Gains?

Hey, everyone!

I'm Jeffrey. I'm new to MFP. Discovered it through the Garmin Connect app. Fitness is my favorite journey. Diet, however, is not. I'm trying to gain weight. I'm 5'11". I started at 130lb. After my 1st year, I'm at 150lb. My end goal is to hit 175lb. I lift & run 5-6x/week. I hit a plateau, so I started tracking my calories & macros recently to maximize my results.
