Hi everyone, could i join you please? I am a young and fit 55 yo female, 5 feet 7.7 in (172 cm); my highest weight went up to 153 lbs, I brought it down to 132 lbs in February and been maintaining between 132 and 134. I've become quite negligent with my logging, but now I am ready to go further. I will log my weight and just confirm what meals i have logged. (Logging my exercises in the planking thread). I'm in the UK, thus my dates will look a bit different
My revised final goal is 128 lbs

I'm back after a break. I didn't even have access to my scale part of last month. Unfortunately, I put on a few pounds due to travel but had dropped most of it but then blew it over the holiday weekend. Like my goals for the last year I'm still trying to get under 120lbs and stay there. Sometimes it feels futile. I'll be back to daily weighing.

My goal for this month is to maintain my UGW. I know that as I am able to add more foods to my diet following surgery, the weight will want to creep up. I am hoping my surgeon clears me for some light exercise and I can start working on that this month. Hoping to increase my walking as well. Need to force myself to move!

06/02. 193.4 @ 7:30 am. I'm not sure how I lost a pound in almost exactly 24 hours 😅. I am going to weight my self again later today just to see what it's says. My goal today is to workout and eat healthy. Yesterday was literally a day full of only carbs.

06/01…...203.4…..(Trend Weight 203.6)….. I decided to cancel the heart doctor yesterday and go to a different medical group which is affiliated with a much better hospital. It will also coordinate my medical records much better since I have other doctors in the same system. I first chose the other because it is only about 2 hours away and the place that most folks around my area go. But I changed my mind for all the reasons above. The appointment is on June 14th I think so I won’t have to wait long. I think it will be worth the extra drive. My weight and trend weight is exactly the same as yesterday. I had a bit of a binge last night due to having too light of a dinner. It was not garbage food but was still too many calories and carbs. I’ll plan a better dinner today. I was painting all day yesterday with a very strong smelling paint in the 91 degree heat. No appetite until I was clean and in bed.
06/02.…..204.4…..(Trend Weight 203.6)….. Cereal last night probably did me in. Milk always affects me with bloating too and I used regular 2%. Travel today and an interview with a new handyman this morning so it’s going to be a tight fast-paced day.

I'd like to join this as well! I'm a 26/F (5'8), I normally do a combination of weights, LISS cardio, and Volleyball. I've been starting to see progress in my muscle growth but I could use some focused energy on the nutrition aspect. I'm going on a trip to Disney towards the end of June so I thought I'd add steps part of my daily goal (10k+)
Overall goal for June is maybe to drop 4-6lbs.

6/3: 137.5 - Huge calorie burn yesterday due to gardening, almost more than I ate. Much digging, lifting, pulling, bending, stretching, squats, lunges etc. Rain is expected which will be perfect for the 34 pepper plants that are (finally) in the ground. Due to my eye injury I was way behind schedule, so feeling really good that I toughed it out for many hours before and after work yesterday. It would have been nice if the scale had jumped as much as it does when it goes the other direction.
