    Hi everyone, could i join you please? I am a young and fit 55 yo female, 5 feet 7.7 in (172 cm); my highest weight went up to 153 lbs, I brought it down to 132 lbs in February and been maintaining between 132 and 134. I've become quite negligent with my logging, but now I am ready to go further. I will log my weight and just confirm what meals i have logged. (Logging my exercises in the planking thread). I'm in the UK, thus my dates will look a bit different :smile:

    My revised final goal is 128 lbs

    1/6: 133.5 lbs, all food logged

    Oh my, 5 more weeks of soft mushy food.
    You will have the most creative spicing of such said foods by then!
