    I love the name "Booker". He is adorable!

    Regarding late night snacking, I agree that we can encourage each other. My goal is to not snack after dinner. I didn't set a time because sometimes we're eating dinner at 8:30 or 9 because we work out after work.

    Round 209: Goal .. to end 2022 not weighing more than I did yesterday ( 164.2) but it would be awesome to end ’22 a bit below my Jan 1st/22 wt.
    Action: If I eat it, then write it!

    12/24 / 177.6 / It's been very busy at the house. Work is wrapped up but I am still dealing with on call emergencies. Today my dad leaves to start his journey back home. There is lots going on at the house today.

    12/28 / 179.6 / Everything was on track last night but I finished it with a mini snack binge. I did get out for a walk despite feeling unwell.

    12/23. 136.6 - no structured walking, my day for childminding 2 little DGS.
    12/24. 137.4 - oh dear, Christmas goodies and no walking showing up already!! Yesterday was a washout; heavy rain all day & preparation for the big day as well as nails and hair appointments.
    12/25 🎄 DNW - Happy Christmas everyone & hope all my friends across the pond are able to stay safe and warm with the massive storm you are having 🤞🙏. Came away for Christmas, brought our caravan up to a site close to DD, DS & their families, so concentrating on making sure I'd brought all the presents etc, that forgot to pack the scales!! I'll still try to keep restrained, but it is Christmas, so when I get home at the weekend I'll see the damage!!. Managed to fit a 5.5 mile walk in after we arrived & set up on site.
    12/26 - DNW - Had a wonderful day with family, all the little DGC were so excited and all presents loved. Managed 4 mile walked before rain came in the morning.
    12/27 DNW - boxing day at DS & family, managed 3 mile walk before and 4 on our return. Plenty more goodies! Sticking to 2 meals per day and trying only to pick in between!!
    12/28 DNW - just short of 9 miles walked yesterday to Hardwick Hall, had a coffee and walked back, didn't quite beat the rain, had a lazy reading afternoon.
    12/29 DNW - 9.09 miles walked after we got a window in the rain !!
    12/30 DNW - 6.6 miles walked yesterday after DH & I childminded our 2 DGS, it was nice for him to spend some time with them too. We travel back home today so tomorrow it will be the moment of truth on the scales!

    12/30-167-Back on track. Disposed of all junk in sight. Eating a larger meal at noon and less in the evening. I haven’t been paying attention to IF, but I never eat after 6 p.m. and rarely before 11 a.m.

    12/24 -- 258.3 Christmas coming...so hard to resist the goodies but will be mindful at least!
    12/25 -- 259 Merry Christmas to all that celebrate it! Trying to up my water intake today to try and balance out any bad decisions on my part! Not gonna stress too much about it though. Its super cold here in San Antonio..24 degrees this morning. I guess Texas forgot we are in tropics. Stay warm everyone!
    12/26 -- 259.6 OK I can live with that, not nearly as tragic as I expected. Checking in early and keeping my commitment to log in and weigh daily. Off to work this cold Texas morning. I work 24 hour shifts so will check in again tomorrow. Y'all have a safe one!
    12/27-- 257.5 Wow...crazy long shift at work. This holiday loss must be attributed to the "who the heck has time to stop and eat diet"
    12/28--257.8 Off to work again today. Trying to make better choices. Its a struggle. Most of the work days I have consist of grazing throughout the day on the run mostly. Working on trying to find better ways to manage..seems that is where I get stuck the most!
    12/29-- 258 Whew! Hectic couple of days! Love catching up reading how everyone doing. Have a great day everyone!

    12/30-- 259.4 and whoop..there is that holiday gain I was wondering where it was.. back on track today!
