12/23 182.6 slowly coming back down. Surprised by this little drop since our ride around to look at Christmas lights was complete with egg nog and cookies. Another social event tonight I’ll do my best.2 -

Joining this round even though I will be in Puerto Rico at the end. We leave for the airport on the 27th and I won’t have a scale or a care about what I eat until we get back on January 7th. I’ll participate through Tuesday morning though! My goal is to maintain since we’re hosting two family get-togethers.

12/23 - 121.0! Surprised to see a loss since DH’s birthday was yesterday. We went out for Mexican and then had a couple drinks at a concert last night. But I actually didn’t bake a cake because he asked me to organize yesterday instead of cooking and baking. My dresser was a mountain of socks, knitting stuff, outgrown baby clothes, Halloween costumes, etc. Felt good to clean it all off, and I didn’t have to cook dinner or bake/eat a cake! Despite feeling a little insulted, it was a win-win.

12/23 -199.2- (Trend weight 198.4) Wow! The snow this morning but we were warned – up to 17 inches expected over 48 hour period! Well…. My weight is up and my trend weight has creeped up too. Definitely a weight gain, not just bloat. It’s all caught up to me. Daughter and DGS here again until Sunday. They arrived yesterday evening. This makes it difficult. I’ve got to keep my eye on the ball! Good luck everyone this round. This is definitely the hardest round of the year for most everyone!

12/24-117.7 I fixed my Holiday side dishes that could be made the day before-sent half to my son-in-law and daughter (who is still recovering from Covid). Son and daughter-in-law found friends to spend dinner with tomorrow.
I felt so bad cancelling Christmas dinner that I promised my children next year we will go on a winter family cruise-my checkbook is already asking "Have you lost your mind?"

12/24 125.5 Great Greek for OMAD yesterday because they are closed today and tomorrow. Local DD with whom we have annual plans is sick again so plans may be cancelled. Family tradition of pizza for Christmas Eve dinner since 1977 or 1978.2
