    Week #2 goal is 400 minutes, actual was 499!!
    Week #3 goal is 400 minutes, actual was 412!!
    Week #4 goal is 400 minutes, actual was 467!!

    Mon - Rest Day
    Tues - 75 minutes (Elliptical/Treadmill Walk)
    Weds - 67 minutes (Walking)
    Thurs - Rest Day
    Friday - 86 minutes (spinning)
    Sat - Rest Day
    Sun - Running/Walking Half Marathon Course

    WTD - 467 minutes
    Goal - 400 minutes.
    Yet to accomplish - 0 Goal Met + 67 minutes

    Week # 2 -- September 9th -- Goal 360 minutes -- Actual 488!
    Week # 3 -- September 16th -- Goal 450 minutes -- Actual 477!
    Week # 4 -- September 23rd -- Goal 450 minutes -- Actual 466...just made it!

    Mon: 112 minutes -- 50 mins on challenges & 62 minutes walking 4.11 miles
    Tue: REST DAY
    Wed: REST DAY #2
    Thur: 116 minutes -- 56 minutes on challenges and 60 minutes walking 4.09 miles
    Fri: 104 minutes -- 42 minutes on challenges and 62 minutes walking 4.21 miles
    Sat: 85 minutes -- 20 on one challenge and 65 minutes walking 4.17 miles
    Sun: 49 minutes -- 49 minutes on challenges and no walking.

    Total / min over: 466/16

    Mon: 82(swimming- freestyle & water jogging)
    Tue:
    Wed:
    Thur: 162 (treadmill)
    Fri: 160 (treadmill)
    Sat: 45 (walking outside)
    Sun: 151 (treadmill)

    Total: 600/500

    Woot woot!! Didn't fill this out last night but so happy and proud of finishing this! Can't wait for next month????
