son went and got his hair cut today and donated it. It isn't really short but shorter than he wanted. He wanted it to his shoulders. It will be in a month or so.
Zumba was fun- some great songs that really get us moving. Started out with Uptown Funk then Proud Mary. Finishing up my day with just over 20,000 steps/9miles
Came home to Mr. Grumpy. Hopefully he will go to bed soon. He is working tomorrow.
I am off tomorrow but have my first 6month checkup/ full body scan for melanoma
Every six months for 5 yrs.

I am just so sad reading about two beautiful young people, Destiny and Carmine, suffering. Destiny's photo shows her so radiant, grasping at her final opportunities to LIVE. Carmine in pain, depressed and confused, trying to balance challenging family dynamics and a new love interest and turning to thoughts of ending life or lives. SMH. All I can do is send energy and good vibrations to them and their families.
Not a good week for me emotionally. Today was DH's Angelversary #2. (Thanks Carla for that term). Grief kept sneaking up on me and I kept very much to myself. I also didn't have any appetite so lost the 3.5 pounds I brought back from Europe. Tomorrow will be better and better.
Heather: Good for you getting back to running. Mind those curbs!
Flea: My friend, a judge, likes to say "Where there's a will, there's a relative". When I want to purge someone from my life, I do this exercise. Whenever they cross my mind, I picture them turning around, going up a hill, reaching the top, then descending out of sight. Gone for good! Sending you a big wave of peace.
Kim: The way you handled your mom's bad attitudes and neediness was inspiring. Wish I was closer so I could take you out for a celebratory dinner. You rock.
Lanette: I think that clearing your home and yard of junk is very therapeutic and I'm not surprised it feels better than a vacation. It explains one of the principles of feng shui. Clutter catches energy that should flow through our spaces. When we clear the clutter, we benefit by having more space, more energy and more clarity.
Hello June! I am booked to work home games for the NBA Finals where my Nuggets will compete for the championship. I knew this team was special back in December when I started working backstage in the corridor by their locker room and began to know the members of the team personally. I am bursting with pride to see them in this prestigious position. The entire city of Denver is fired up. They need to win 4 out of the next 7 games to be champions. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
Stay well friends. We can do this.
