You can still count calories in a deficit even while resting an injury! If you are in a lot of pain or feeling stress you could increase your calories to maintenance.

In the acute phase of healing an injury, I'd recommend going to maintenance calories (or at least very close), and shooting for really good overall nutrition. (The acute phase is usually a small number of weeks but it depends on the injury.)

Healing well is job #1 - important for future health and progress.

Ask your doctor for his/her perspective in context of your health history, though.

I lost 9 kg in almost 2 month its really heartbroken situation for me, I wants to keep everything on track but same time because of stress and pain things are not working smoothly. This is first time in my entire life that i lost this much weight.

Surly I shall ask about the time of acute phase from my doctor. Today I tried to keep my routine alive by doing an intermediate fasting of 16 hours. I hope this could be a replacement of my exercise routine in this phase of healing

When you prove to yourself that you can maintain your current weight for a few weeks so that you heal most effectively, that will be really a really powerful and empowering insight and accomplishment.

Yes, I said "when", not "if".

    You can do this.
