Introducing myself

Hello ,
I just joined the group. I am here to lose 14kg and go back to mindfulness eating I used to 10 years ago, I am so scared to fail after I tried so many fad diets!

    Don't get discouraged, one step at a time. If you trip just get right back on it is ok! That is the mindset I have had for the last few years and so far it works, last 10 -15 coming off slow but I am ok w/ that as long as we are headed in the right direction! NEVER give up, it is ok to trip but do not stay down! Good luck! :)
