    @martaindale lol yeah, not falling off mountains is generally my main goal in these crazy races I end up doing. I'm trying to decide whether the fact that I will know about the drops right next to the trails even if I can't see them will be good or bad. Maybe innocence would have been bliss in this case...
    Your watch will get used to your activities eventually and then it'll tell you you're in recovery as soon as you run a few minutes less than usual. Or decide you need 72 hours to recover from a shake out jog.

    Oh no @Scott6255 . Sorry about the GI issues and broken phone screen. Was it insured? Hope you are feeling better today.

    @martaindale Glad your calf is feeling better.

    Sorry you're sick @polskagirl01 ? I hope once the cold goes away you'll stay LC symptom free. Wouldn't that be great and and ironic cure? Sorry the cold is hitting you hard. Hahaha about all that ice cream you had to eat to empty the containers to make more room in the freezer. :wink:

    @eleanorhawkins That race sounds .... well interestingly hard and slightly dangerous, esp. in the dark. It's good that you got a preview so you know what to expect. At least those sections won't be a surprise in the dark.

    Thanks @Scott6255 , @Laurz9191 , and @tarun_yadavA !

    Glad you are feeling some better @chris_in_cal . Hopefully you'll be back to normal soon.

    Great running @tarun_yadavA ! You are so consistent and speedy.

    I'm loving this cooler weather @Teresa502 !

    You're doing great @kgirlhart . I hope your weather cools soon.

    @martaindale Great "maintenance" run! :wink: Garmin often tells me I am unproductive. I ignore him.

    Sounds like your recovery is going well @Laurz9191 !

    @polskagirl01 - funny you mention Turkish drama, my Netflix is flooded with Turkish programs at the moment. Before that it was all Korean programes

    'Only Murders in the Building' S3 (think that's Hulu for you guys in the US). Love, love, LOVE it. Grew up on the humour of Steve Martin
    This is my weekend plan, to jump into season three. I've always had a thing for Selena. For the most silly dumb British humor I just watched "Cruk on Earth." Just ridiculous and sometimes hilarious.

    @chris_in_cal yeah she's funny!
    Appears in a lot of Ricky Gervais' material too.

    As for Selena - yeah shes quite good in this. They all bounce off each other really well
