Hello
Over 50 and female - been working out 3 times a week with weights at the gym for several months to recover from leg/hip injury and long covid.
Now trying to focus on losing 40 pounds with still a bit of mobility issues
I have a trainer but need a community of support, especially now that the snow is here.
Suggestions welcome.
