Hugs to you @project9percent . I hope things get better for you and you are right, you can't take care of those you love if you don't take care of yourself first.

Great picture of the family and neighbors @tarun_yadavA . Your mom looks great. You are so consistent with your runs, regardless of what you did the night before. I commend you for that.

    You're doing great @emptydog .

@SummerSkier Believe FitBit. You did great! Congratulations of the speedy run!

Great running @Teresa502 ! Love the picture.

    Fantastic progress @yirara !

@kgirlhart I'm glad that your Christmas was better than expected, even if it was different. I'm also glad that you are feeling some better. The Oreo Balls are easy to make, they just take time.

Nice that you got your exercise in after the Christmas festivities @emptydog .

That's a huge, beautiful tree @AlphaHowls ! Great job on the crazy laps. I hope you feel better soon and that your mom continues to be symptom free.

wow you have the most beautiful eyes @teresa502 Nice 10 miler! I am thinking I might do a long one New Year's day.

That’s my friend in the forefront with the glam eyes! I don’t know how she does it, but this woman runs with full make-up, hair done, every…single…day! I simply don’t care enough to put that kind of work in plus I sweat a lot and mascara and make-up in the eyes is painful. I’m definitely anti-pain!

Oh that's funny. I am totally with you on the how does she do it thing! I started getting my lashes 'done' about 8 or 9 years ago and it's SO freeing not to worry about eye makeup anymore.

That's nice to have some good running weather, you are close, can you squeeze in 14 miles this week?

I worked on the January 2024 post, getting it ready. I know some are already thinking of resolutions/goals and what not...should I go ahead and get it posted so people can start getting goals/thoughts ready?

yes please and thank you! 😀😀😀
