I lost my sense of smell when I got Covid a few years ago, and now, as time is going on, it is also affected my taste, so there are many things that taste terrible to me that used to be good, including healthy foods. I hope y’all can help motivate me. :-). In the last three years, since having my baby, I’ve lost 46 pounds but I’m still technically overweight. I only have about seven more pounds to go to be considered in the upper part of overweight. And I’m in my 40s, going through perimenopause, and have some health issues, so it’s hard. Looking for my weight loss tribe. :/)
