Looking good there, Inter! I hit the gym for my two weights circuits yesterday (upper/core, and lower). Yesterday's workout went longer, 1h 1m. Not sure why, bc I didn't have to wait for the machines yesterday. Well, except for one of them (the lat pulldown), but that was only a minute+ or so. I guess I must have been holding the motions for longer time. If so, it wasn't intentional. Slow reps are good reps tho, the trainer said that's how you build muscle, not by fast, jerky reps with the machines. So I guess it's ok/maybe good, that it took longer? 🤷♀️
I feel like I'm really turning a page with the ST sesh's. I'm actually starting to look forward to them, rather than fighting myself the whole way, just to show up and get it done. Moving up from 40 lbs to 60 lbs (80 lbs on the leg press) really seems to have given me a new perspective. It's working! Even if it doesn't seem like it is :p.
