    Hello Monday! ;-). Friday is just a handful of days away 🤪

    Welp, got a phone call this morning, my upper endoscopy follow-up was cancelled bc insurance denied it :/. They said need at least 8 weeks between endoscopies, not 3 wks as doctor ordered. (Which turned out to be four weeks, bc I was looking for a Monday appt.). I'm not going to pretend to be sad, I wanted to eat. Nine days of juicing, man! Lol

    We watched some fun travel docs and ate leftover pizza. Now hubby is napping. Did I mention it's pouring rain. Perfect day for this :D

    Hmmm ... I guess the answer depends on how much you are eating. Are you eating at least BMR? :)

    a planned fast day is ok, but becareful of not eating enough, get your bmr and plan food for that. U don't want to go under that amount as it will make you want to eat the house down.

    I'm on day 447, and feeling pretty good about it. I put on a shirt I haven't been in since 1981…yep…I saved all that stuff and it by golly is fitting again. My all-time highest was 292, but it has come down in increments over the last 20 years. This last run started at 218 and as of this am I am 158.8. I just turned 70.

    since July 1st I have lost 8.03% of weight.. oh ya now to maintain or drop additional 1.8 lbs. I haven't weighed this in many years. Hope everyone is doing well,
