Just wanted to introduce myself! Not sure if this is the place to do so. I joined MyFitnessPal because my weight is starting to creep back up again. I have gained back 20lbs of the 80lbs that I’ve lost. I started running again, and my knees started to hurt badly. Well, that added 20lbs does not help, so I decided to put my will power back in gear.
The worst times for me is at night when I’ve finished a very stressful day at work, and sit in front of the tv. All I want to do is eat my stress. So, I needed to do something to motivate me to keep myself in line. Well, here is my reason!
I am running a 5k on November 10. I hope to be down 5pbs by then with this app and continual training. Please keep me in your prayers that I can do this!
