Hey everyone!
I'm Jason (38/m/California). I have been trying to find a community to help keep my motivation alive. I have friends who always say they want to start working out but never do. It's depressing being the only one in my network who enjoys burning calories.
I have been getting back into shape for a few months after about a year off. Poor choices and laziness took over for a long while and I gained about 50lbs. I was extremely active before that (2x gym days 6 days a week (2-3hrs each session)). I have since lost most of that added weight and am heavily into cardio in the forms of walking/running and recumbent biking.
