When is the best time of day to exercise??

I’ve been tracking my macros for a few days but can never find the best time to exercise! I have 3 kids and from 7am to 3:30pm they are in school and day care

    From a fitness or weight loss perspective, timing doesn't matter.

    Pick the time that is most practical for you, including considerations like whether late exercise helps or hinders sleep, whether a meal before exercise causes digestive distress or increases energy, etc.

    Those things tend to be individual, so you might need to experiment.
