Today would have been my first run for the Strava challenges, but I skipped running to cut up the tree that the wind blew down in my yard, yesterday. I've got 21 days left to do 62.1 miles. Less than a 5k per day. Do-able.1 -

Morning all.
Another (slightly less than yesterday) Painful 4miler - at 11"01.
Will continue to alternate between Deep Heat and ice-pack raised etc.

Movie awards season. Oscars etc etc
(Done with Hallmark Christmas movies and Horrors! Lol)
Saw 'Gladiator 2' and 'Anora'. Both good. Especially liked the latter. Movie with an actual storyline and relatable characters, not some Biopic or history piece which is made only for critics in newspapers.
