If anyone is feeling like they're backsliding, join me in knowing: this will turn around, and it's an up/down journey. I am both upset, but also understanding it's what it is FOR THE MOMENT. Am I happy with my results? No. Am I still committed to losing weight? Yes. Ok then. Dust off, get back up, and keep going. <3

Thank you, @HappyDonkey75 - I am not sleeping for multiple reasons, but periM as well. We are doing a lot at work right now, and I really like my work, it's just a LOT going on at the same time. I haven't worked out either which is just compounding everything. But hey, we have another huge snow storm looming, so I see shoveling will again be in my future. Hurraaaaaay.

I'm so glad lots of you are hitting new numbers and reaching milestones! I'm happy and proud of you, and cheering on all of your continued success!

@SwimBikeRunRepeat I like the idea of the color coding your weight reporting! Some of you have some really great logging ideas. Keep going, friend!

@canadamarie I want to believe that if (IF) the weight gain was a sign of congestive heart failure, you'd have a lot more symptoms going on. This is likely water weight, unregular bathroom cycle, extra sodium you weren't aware of, wonky scale, not enough sleep, etc. You're good! Sending hugs.

And, happy Friday everyone. We've got the weekend in sight!

@ManifestingToday You R-O-C-K! 🎸
Blue=hold,
green=loss,
red=gain.

@ManifestingToday - "May the snow shovel odds forever be in your favor". Girl! You are working way too hard at this to not have some consistent rewards for your efforts. I know I sometimes feel like if I let off the gas pedal (my analogy for staying compliant with all the things in order to continue losing ) in any small way, I will start gaining . I have this reoccurring dream that I wake up one morning and my 30+ pounds are all back ..

If you ever want to brainstorm about glps and other peptides I am happy to chat. I certainly don't have things dialed in 100% and this process seems to be a moving target at times, but I have found a few ways to support my naturally slow metabolism that are showing some promise . When hormones are added to the mix, it further complicates matters. I have been doing alot of self education on that part of the health journey and I am amazed at how it can affect us. There are alot of benefits to being on HRT . I just started this week, so we will see what that does to my weight loss.. I have a feeling there is going to be a period of gaining until things level out.

Jan 7 205 ate and drank too much over my long weekend (took a 4 day off from work to recover from Xmas). Had friends here visiting so lots of food and drinks. Will be drinking lots of water and drinking my bloom to help with any bloating.
Jan 10 204 first Zumba class of this year. So far my foot isn’t hurting so that’s great. Still trying to keep it easy though. At least work has slowed down so that helps. Have a great weekend!
Jan 12 203.5 Saturdays have a new class I like. It’s a Zumba/hiit/liit class. It’s really fun and definitely gets your heart racing.
Jan 16 203 working out again is nice. Also with it being slow at work I am up more and getting things done I don’t normally get to do when it’s super busy.
Jan 19 201 woohoo! Finally starting to see a downward trend.

Glad I live in Florida and don’t get snow. Even though shoveling is a great workout. Be safe out there on the roads.

late post For some reason the page wouldn't load for me this morning and I kept getting a server error.
I meant to workout today but got busy with housekeeping and then we had to run into town for errands which eventually led to us eating a very early dinner out. I was craving pizza in the worst way so I had three small pieces. Lord help me. I know what tomorrow will bring..

I’ve been eating more over the past week and haven’t gained so I’m pretty happy about that. I’m back on track today.

Have a great week!

Atleast I can predict when things are going to go up now! Still annoying that its so easy for that number to jump the wrong direction but so hard for it to go the way I want it. I was back on track today , so no harm no foul I guess.

@SwimBikeRunRepeat - I am very sorry about your friend. I hope you can be with her for this difficult time.

Thank you. He's shunning everyone and just wants to be alone. A very sad situation.

Impulsive meal plan changes, alcohol, and lack of exercise are the main challenges. Time to up my self-discipline.
