    Hi everyone.

    I am Dawn. I live in SE British Columbia Canada. I am 5'2" (or 5'3"?) and 64 years of age. I have done a bunch of these 100s now, I have lost count lol. I was sitting at 130 for quite awhile, trying desperately to get into the 120s, but gained little by little over the last couple of years. My "ideal" weight should be between 110-118 for my height, BMI, and stuff. At this point I just really want to get back into the 130s.

    Week 1 Goal: 142.4 (seems lofty, but I was at 143.0 for two days in a row at the end of the last 100)

    Week 1 Actual Weight: 144.2- Hit 142.6 this week, the day before the end of our week, which was so close to my goal.

    Week 2 Goal: 142.4 - Trying for the same goal as last week

    Week 2 Actual Weight: 143.0 (Once in 100 days Ribs eaten, hit 142.2 this week)

    Day 92—08/14— 143.6 - Not sure what is up with me. For sure I am puffy everywhere, and I don't think that I had any (hidden?) salt. I haven't been eating my yoghurt with a 1/4 cup of granola. Maybe I need to get back into that habit, I just haven't felt like it. Otherwise, I have been eating the same as usual, but I did overheat a couple of days in a row. Very sad about this huge gain : - (

    @dawnbgethealthy I wonder if maybe that low protein in your columns you share is often interfering with the weight loss. It does seem that you have done better when you eat the yogurt which is full of protein. But mainly I remember that you used to freeze individual portions of chicken breast and pull them out for dinner a couple of times per week. You lost down from 200 pounds during that habit, I believe. Just an observation/thought.

    Thoughts at the start of this round:

    My goal from the very beginning has been to lose one pound per week for a total of 12 pounds per challenge. I have never considered that to be too much and I never thought in a million years I would find it this difficult, even at my age and with my health problems. But it’s proved to be nothing but an uphill climb and in most cases, impossible. I am going to lower my goal to 10 pounds per challenge and see if that will feel more right, more do-able. This breaks down to 0.7 lbs per challenge week. I don’t think that is too much to ask of my mind, my body and my spirit! I, again, thank you for sharing my journey with me and allowing me to travel with you on yours. It is reassuring, refreshing, enlightening and inspiring and I am forever grateful.

My carbs were under, fiber good, all healthy fats in good numbers, though protein was half my goal. Ah well, perhaps it was water as I thought maybe dehydration might have played a part in my not feeling well for the past couple of days now. I drank pretty good but was likely a wee bit under my normal goal. Sure enough, I feel so so so much better today. DS’s hair appointment was moved to tomorrow with the two DGS’s appointments by the stylist. That is good for me. Now only one day of restaurants afterward instead of two! Enjoy hump day everyone!

    ⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️Day 92—08/14—181.8 ✅ (Trend Weight: 184.7) I felt much better yesterday and spent the entire day in my P.J.’s just babying myself. I stuck to my diet plan and my newest NSV is that my butt bones are hurting every time I sit down as the cushion I had has shrunk. I first noticed it on the wooden bench at the festival last weekend, but now, even my kitchen and office chairs have become uncomfortable. It’s a discomfort I won’t complain about! BTW, I didn’t even notice it was the end of week 13 until I posted yesterday. Yikes, where does the time go? I thought there were a couple of days left. Getting sick really disoriented me! Good luck everyone on our final week! We have 9 days instead of 7 so let’s take that grace and make it count! It’s our last week, but NEVER our last chance!

    Thank you. We received instructions to check in, which we've done, but they did not issue a boarding pass. Once we are on the flight, then I will take a deep breath. Depending on how things go, we may not be able to get home. Being stuck in Seattle will be alright. Lots of things to do and see there.
