Iโm so glad I got my lazy *kitten* on that exercise bike when I just didnโt feel like it. Iโm sure that helped. I also raked leaves and burned for 3 hours just trying to keep up. So the extra calorie burn apparently paid off.
09/29 โ xxxxx (Trend Weight โ xxxxx) Travel Day. Time to go get my $2000.00 crown replaced due to receding gums. Oh Joy!
09/30 โ xxxxx (Trend Weight โ xxxxx) I will probably come back a day or two late to record my weight for September end. After travel, giving it a day or two will allow the most accurate true numbers to reveal themselves.

9/9- 271.3 Today I did a 5k walk. My average pace was 26:29 and I did pause for traffic so I'm guessing it is closer to a 30 minute mile, but I'm still glad I did it. Now I have a baseline for progress.

@deepwoodslady thanks! Iโm actually finishing with a minor loss this month. Same weight as Iโd been stuck on for months though. If I can actually get down to 106 range I will be making real progress.
overall I did good this month. A terrible start but I turned it around. Lacking exercise though. Goals for next month exercise 2-3 times a week.

Iโm so glad I got my lazy *kitten* on that exercise bike when I just didnโt feel like it. Iโm sure that helped. I also raked leaves and burned for 3 hours just trying to keep up. So the extra calorie burn apparently paid off.
09/29 โ 182.0 โ (Trend Weight โ 184.0) Travel Day. Time to go get my $2000.00 crown replaced due to receding gums. Oh Joy!
๐๐๐๐09/30-DNW โ๏ธ(Trend Weight: DNW) I will probably come back a day or two late to record my weight for September end. After travel, giving it a day or two will allow the most accurate true numbers to reveal themselves. There is no point in starting Oct with a falsely inflated number and then making a loss in October look easy when we all know it never is. I prefer giving myself credit for actual weight/fat loss. I didnโt get the crown done (yet). The x-ray showed an abscess below the crown. Luckily no pain but I had no idea. I already have a root canal under that crown but apparently the rod did not go down far enough into the canal which left a pocket open for bacteria. Now I need another root canal AND still the crown replacement. I am waiting for the final quote and appointment. I know it will be upwards of $4000.00. Darn, I could have completely redone my sonโs 700 sq foot basement โapartmentโ with that amount of money which is a project that is badly needed.

My continuing goals: Drink more than 64 oz of water, 25+ grams of fiber, 100+ grams protein, and 2 days per week gym workout along with at least one walk/jog day.

9/9- 271.3 Today I did a 5k walk. My average pace was 26:29 and I did pause for traffic so I'm guessing it is closer to a 30 minute mile, but I'm still glad I did it. Now I have a baseline for progress.

9/11- 274.3 Ooof. I know it's probably water, but still sucks.

ย I have no idea what my body is doing lately. I did a 3k brisk walk for activity.9/14-273.7 Today we hit the gym for a strength training day. I did start with treadmill for 15 minutes, 10 walking 5 jogging very slow.

๐๐๐๐09/30- 183.0 โ (Trend Weight: 183.9) I gained 1.2 lbs this month when I was hoping to lose 3 lbs. It was a heavy travel month and things just got away from me. October will be another heavy travel month so Iโve got to prepare myself and sharpen some of my tools, especially the portion control one. If I must use restaurants for many of my meals in October, then I must learn to watch how much! Nice round for so many, I love reading your posts! See you next round.
