Me currently. Have pretty much maintained/cut since last summer.
You're results are incredible!! You said you work out only at home. I'm a college student, so I don't really have a gym I can consistently go to and the one at school has very few weights that all the guys hoard. Do you have any advice on what to do at home/how to get started and do progressive loading?3 -
Photo on left is before I started bulking. Photo on right is current photo after bulking since October 2016 and lifting heavy 2x/week and light 2x/week. I just turned 59 years old 2 weeks ago

Here are more current photos. I'm not as shredded as when I was 125 lbs. (currently 146 lbs) but I can still see I have gained some significant amount of muscle mass in my traps, triceps and delts

I’m 51 and 5’3”. This is a progress picture following a 4 month bulk.

I’m 5’4”. My first transformation was weight loss from 163 to 128 in the first pic. It says 158 so I must have been a month in.
Then I bulked. Failed a cut. And basically accidentally bulked and did mini cuts for 2.5 years and ended up looking like the second set of pics with 20 ish pounds gained. I’m 147-150 in all of the second pics (below the original transformation pic) and 128-130 in the first.
Just goes to show that you can pick a "look" you like and set goals. Some of you might like that thinner look I had better. Some of you might think I look bulky now and others may prefer it. The weight gain/bulk was not an accident. I trained my butt off (and ate a lot).

I love heavy weight lifting. Here is a photo from Dec of 2016 and the other is April 2018.

About 8 lbs I believe. I'm starting to cut a little weight. However, I have signed up for a powerlifting competition in Oct so no big muscle loss for me. I'm keeping it all!2 -

These are my results. I've been lifting for years but these results are only from the last 12months and the latest pic was taken around Sept last yr as I fell pregnant after that. Still keeping as much up as possible but these were my lifting results - around 9months progress21 -

@laurenbastug - FANTASTIC transformation! You can tell how hard you have worked these past few months. The difference in your waist from the back is crazy.3

I don't lift and never have, so this is just bodyweight work. But I think it's working okay for me so far. I make sure I do more advanced/harder stuff every few weeks so I keep improving. I might try lifting at some point, but it's not feasible right now.15 -

Tried on my bikini for vacation today! Don't be afraid to lift heavy, ladies. As a mom to 5 kids I'm getting into the best shape of my life.
