It seems to me that you have lose more weight on the stomac. However I had same problems when I started to lose weight. Don't be afraid, You will see results soon:).0

Before
After 1 year of lifting and cutting.
Street clothes in case some might think we look "bulky" or muscular all the time. Pictures above are right after a workout and flexed. Most people are surprised that I lift heavy weights.
2 years lifting, 1 year maintaining.

I pretty much only lift weights, I do cardio but not nearly as much as my lifting, and in the past 10-11 months I've lost 27kg/ 59lbs
not close to my goal yet but I'm getting there!

Lifting 5x per week on a deficit and working with a trainer. I killed it every single session.
My overall results of lifting from start to now.
Oh my god you're my hero.0 -
I can't wait to start!! If these pics are any indication, great things are in my future!0

This thread is so motivational. I am on week two of a weightlifting program after a few months of lifting and getting myself used to the correct techniques. After a week I can see progress.
I'm hoping to post progress pictures around mid February.
I was just wondering if anyone incorporated TRX Suspension training ??0 -
Bump for later to see pix. :flowerforyou:1

This is me after lifting (low reps, high weight) for over a year. It doesn't look like much, but I really am HUGELY strong compared to what I used to be. Here is photographic proof that lifting heavy doesn't necessarily make you look like a beast.

At the beginning
After months of cardio and lifting
I'm currently 3 months pregnant but plan to continue to lift as long as I can, my trainer has adjusted my routine so I can safely keep training.9
