    It seems to me that you have lose more weight on the stomac. However I had same problems when I started to lose weight. Don't be afraid, You will see results soon:).

    Lifting 5x per week on a deficit and working with a trainer. I killed it every single session.

    This thread is so motivational. I am on week two of a weightlifting program after a few months of lifting and getting myself used to the correct techniques. After a week I can see progress.

    I'm hoping to post progress pictures around mid February.

    I was just wondering if anyone incorporated TRX Suspension training ??

    This is me after lifting (low reps, high weight) for over a year. It doesn't look like much, but I really am HUGELY strong compared to what I used to be. Here is photographic proof that lifting heavy doesn't necessarily make you look like a beast.
