Impressed by all the progress people are making here! I spent a couple of weeks sucked up in the vortex of presenting a dance performance, but here are my updates from that time (a few are low estimates when the Fitbit stopped working):

HIIT training this morning with my trainer! Start with 20 minutes of treadmill: hills (incline 4.5 to 9.5 @ 5 to 6mph) :sick: followed by HIIT traning (weights). I told her last Friday that I wasn't sore after my training with her last week ... I guess tomorrow morning will be a tough morning lol :ohwell: :laugh:
So 3 miles for me on the treadmill and I'm adding a 2 mile walk for yesterday.
So I guess tomorrow morning I'll be going outside for my run!! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: Yay for me!!!

YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS! Layers are the secret at this time of year. Personally, winter is my favorite time of the year to run outside, and winter is not joke around here, just like in the Northern parts of the US. 32F to -15F, many inches, foot of snow, windy, sometimes freezing rain, rain, and very windy. But we'll be out there, every day :laugh:

Tacking on another 10 miles for 210 total. A brisk 18 degrees this morning but it was beautiful riding weather with the sun shining and light winds at 10mph. Wish it would have been a tail wind but it was still quite nice. :bigsmile:
@ VHuber - I'm rooting for the Montana Griz this weekend. Who will you be rooting for? The Griz or the Bobcats?

I am waving the white flag to November. My entire family has been struck with the flu for the past week and a half and there is just no way that I am going to be able to catch up without hurting myself. So, I am out for the month. Thank you for doing this and I will be back in December!0

SPEEDYF - Loved the "No excuses Guy"! That's pretty much how I picture every outdoor Minnesota winter run of mine will be until I actually get out there and realize it's not really that bad! :laugh:
