Sick the first few days of the month so I decided to take it easy for recovery and race prep. Did CrossFit daily but didn't log any miles :(

    11/9 - 12 mile obstacle race

Traveling and under the weather since the race. Ugh. Hope to hit the pavement again tomorrow.

November total -12 miles so far

Woke up this morning and there was S**W on the ground. But, this was the day I had planned to walk the bike trail so when it warmed up to 32F, out I went. I overestimated my energy level today (oops :embarassed: ) so I was dragging myself back to the car when what did I see  A bicyclist going the other way wearing a black ski mask   I don't think he had a crowbar anyway. I was bundled up in my layers and earmuffs and gloves just walking, so I'm sure he needed it to ride. (he was going at a pretty good pace). Anything to keep our tushes moving out there, right.

I could have stayed home on the dreadmill, but where's the fun in that?

I haven't really moved my *kitten* mile wise since Friday. I'll be out there tomorrow though. In the meantime, I'm at 26.2/100 miles. And huge congrats to Chevy on his 5K :drinker:

@speedy that's soo funny. That looks about right when I workout.
@ Dave I had no idea Thanx for that push
I went for a ride early this morn and as I got in the truck my husband turned and looked at me then said you will be back in just a minute. I asked why and he said well because its freezing out here. Hahaha wrong thing to say. With some great advice from you guys I was pretty dang warm actually. Well everything but my face. I wasn't the only crazy one out on the trails this morning there were the serious bikers and maybe one or two joggers. The sun was barely up and what sun there was the trees were shading it. Everyone looked like a train going by with steam from our breath. Sooo thanks again for the advice for staying warm.

I was putting bananas in my shopping cart, and I was thinking.. you KNOW what I was thinking!
Good thing there wasn't too much people.
The guy that was working in the Fruits & Veggies looked at me, and did this -->>

Haven't been walking lately cuz it's begun snowing where I am. Then I found out that the distance inside my local mall is half a mile. :D So I have a warm safe place to walk now for free!
