Remaining: 176 I was advised by my dentist not to exercise for 4 days after my tooth extraction so it looks like it is VERY unlikely that I'll make my target this week. Hopefully I'll will make up for it in the following weeks.0 -

Hey all, apologies -I pulled a muscle in my back that then compressed on the sciatic nerve so I've been pretty much out of action for the past week and a half!
