    I am in!! I recently lose 41 lbs and have gained back 10. I have lost the motivation and I dont know why or how but it has happened. I dont know how to get back to it. I have not given up the fight. I have a long way to go but I am happy of the success that I have made thus far. This will be fun!! I just need to post a picture of myself. Good luck everyone!!

    I'm in! Last year I lost 15 pounds and since I've stopped tracking what I eat, I have gained it all back! Looking forward to getting back into shape and this is the perfect challenge.

    Friday - 60 minutes (30 elliptical, 30 strength training)
    Saturday - Play day with kids

    Total: 190 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    OH THANK HEAVENS FOR SNOW! I DIDN'T THINK I WOULD MAKE IT TO 180 MINUTES!!!

    So I finished up Week #1 almost 60 minutes short. Sorta disappointed in myself about that.

    So this week, I want to meet the target goal of 200 min. Same goal I had last week but didn't complete.
