By the way, if you guys want a great, different exercise, give figure skating/ice skating a try! I just started as an adult in August and go maybe a few times a month at the local rink, watch videos on youtube and copy the things I see at the rink. I have had a few private lessons. It's the best exercise for legs, arms and core, I had no idea. I am SO tired after a couple hours, like running 9 miles! It's great for calorie burning too. But mostly, just fun. You feel like you're flying once you get the hang of it!0 -
