got some more time in yesterday, 1220 left to go! Did my weight training yesterday (lower body), did squats, lots of lunges and kettlbell good mornings. Also worked on chinups I am sore today!0

Only a half hour today making it a total of 4.5 hours, Doing day 3 of week 6 c25k. I almost didn't do anything I have been pushing my body pretty hard, and woke up with a lot of pain, ankle joint, hip joint, si joint all on right side. (It's my bad side, all kinds of things wrong with it.) But after I weighed myself and saw I lost two pounds this week, I was motivated to try it out at least, so I made it through the 22 min run, but the walking was really tough after that, so I didn't do any added walking.0

I'm so impressed with everyone!
12/1- 60 min w/ trainer (20 min boxing, 15 min hill intervals, 25 min battle rope intervals).
12/2- 65 min w/ trainer (55 min circuit training, 10 min hill intervals at still slow but slightly faster pace)
12/3- 84 min walking (42 in AM, 42 in PM, although PM route was longer)
12/4- 60 min w/ trainer (45 min circuit training, 15 min hill intervals - 10 min forward, 5 min backwards)
12/5- 41 min walk
12/6- 70 minutes (37 min walk, 33 min. boxing with heavy bag while dancing in the living room like a happy fool)
Totals/Mins to go: 380/ 10600 -
