    Did a barbell complex this morning.

    BB bentover row x10
    Back Squat x10
    Good mornings x10
    Push Press x10
    Front Squats x10
    Hang clean x10
    Lunges x10
    High Pull x10
    Deadlift x10
    3 rounds no putting the BB down between exercises. Only between rounds.

    Also doing a 5.5 mile run with my run club this evening.

    Yow! You're quite the overachiever. But really, awesome work!

    20 minutes cardio (eliptical)

    Every other minute on the minute 50 double unders for 10 minutes

    5 sets of 3 strict shoulder press (75 lbs)

    4 rounds for time (6:31)
    10 pushups
    15 squats
    20 crossfit situps
    15 wallballs
    5 burpees

    aux work..

    3*8 ring dips
    bent over laterals 3*10
    shoulder front raises 3*10

    3 rope climbs for skill

    20 mins running
    30 mins walking.

    Ab machine:
    30 reps at 50 lbs
    70 reps at 30 lbs.

    chest and triceps

    bench press 5set 4-7 reps
    dumbbell press 4 sets 5-9
    incline flyes 4 ses 8-10
    tricep press downs 4 sets 8-10
    single arm tricep extensions 7-9(11)

    It was darn cold out there, but i got it done lol, then brought up a load of firewood for the night....time to cozy up :)

    (Didn't do any make ups from Monday's missed workout and didn't finish my sets for Krocs and Rolling DB Tricep Exts due to cold air/lung issues. Supposed to hit 10x25 on Kroc Rows and 6x20 on Rolling Triceps Ext. Ugh. Next time.)

    Basically higher rep dumbbell rows.

    "There's no "pulling back in an arc" or "squeezing for a two-count at the top" while holding a shiny chrome 15 pound dumbbell. No, Kroc rows are all about heavy weight, high reps, plenty of sweat, ...."

    I did the Stacked! class at Equinox. It was circuit interval training -- you'd do 30 sec of an exercise than he'd teach you a new one during 30 sec recovery and he'd add another each time until you did a 3:00 straight set of 6 exercises. We did that with cardio and upper body plus warm up, stretching, etc. It was 45 min and I will be soooo sore tomorrow!

    Similarly, my wife & I will do 2-4 sets to failure of weightlifting, then run a lap around the track. We continue it non-stop for an hour. Wipes us out!

    6 Week 6 Pack, i wasnt going to bother initially, until my little boy (age 4) told me to get up and do 'my exercises'...... got to love his motivation, glad i did though as i didnt do anything yesterday and my cals were over (bottle of wine calories over)

    'Isabel'-30 snatches for time. First 10 were with 25kg, then I had 2 and a half kg added because I did '8 reps unbroken so it should be heavier'. We're doing benchmark WoDs at my box over the xmas period. Snatches (which are one of my weaker lifts) are getting stronger so Im happy :)
