Did you stay within your nutritional goals? For the most part.. baked cookies for my boyfriend and his friend (friend is coming to visit us and they are going skiing this weekend), had one and licked the beater.. I tried to be good!!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes - went to the gym before work, ate meals I had planned. Stayed under my calories and within my macros.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Getting my butt out of bed at 4:50 and working out
What would I have done differently? I try to only have one 'sweet' a week, but I had an oreo brownie from the bakery near my work (once in a blue moon we go there), and said cookies in the evening..

we celebrated my daughter's b-day. Weighed this morning and was up one pound
which I expected.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, stayed on course until dinner.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took my daughter out for her b-day.
What would I have done differently? Probably tracked dinner, but it was difficult to enter it.
What are today's personal goals? Drink lots of water, stay on track even though we still
have company today. Looking forward to tomorrow and back to my eating plan.

--Didn't check in for several days... I had a big sort of shake up at work. A positive one for me, but it still allowed me to get off track. That in addition to my sore knee that I was trying to rest caused me to lose some focus this past week. But, here I go....

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No I didn't
What did I do today that I am proud of? Once I went over on calories, I didn't say "screw it" and go nuts. That's something I've done in the past. Over by about 200 is still a decent day. No reason to sabotage myself totally.
What would I have done differently? We ate Subway as a family, and my daughter didn't finish her sub, so I did. I wish I wouldn't have
What is tomorrow's personal goals? Calories under goal, and a healthy rested knee!

Actually cchecking in in the morning but after not being on for awhile. Oh well. According to MFP I missed logging a week ago Friday but that is not my memory but it is very busy. I think that was the evening I got my husband to finally go to a movie with me. It was the Hobbit and such a cliff hangar I came home and watched another movie on Netfix. I thought I logged though. Oh well. I did better this week fitting more exercise in during the week.

I did OK this weekend - could have done better.. I met a friend at a local (well, 1 hr away) brewery Saturday. Ate a little before so I wasn't tempted with bar food there, but I did enjoy an 8 oz beer.
Saturday - Made egg white/oat/banana pancakes. Had 1 slice of turkey bacon.
Chipotle burrito for lunch/dinner (It kind of fit my macros.. I did go a bit over, probably should have just went for the bowl).
Had a roll from Texas Roadhouse (BF brought me one home from his dinner out) and a chocolate chip cookie or two.. OK, that was definitely a cheat day!!
Didn't have much time for cardio that morning, so I spent an hour lifting arms, back, and abs. I was sore but I made the most of the time I had!
Yesterday, we went to the gym in the AM. I made a nice dinner and stayed within my calories and my macros for the most part.
Had leftover egg white/oat/banana pancakes with PB on top, with coffee.
After the gym, made a big shrimp caesar salad, BF made homemade pizza, so I had a small slice.
Dinner: Made lemon rosemary chicken, roasted red potatoes, green beans, and whole wheat garlic cheddar biscuits (like from Red Lobster!)

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Really worked myself at the gym with my sprints!! I was ready to pass out.
What would I have done differently? Watched my fat intake (I was a bit over)..
What is today's personal goals? Get a great workout in after work!! And clean the closet that's been nagging me for weeks..

Mon - Planning a run at the gym tonight.. Trying for: 10 min elliptical to warm up, 40 min treadmill run, 20 min weights!
Tues - Elliptical and weights in AM before work (45 elliptical, 15 weights).
Wed - Run and weights in AM w/ some elliptical (20 elliptical, 25 run, 15 weights).
Thurs- May be a rest day.. Have to drive 5 hours in evening so I can't be up too early.
Fri - Will be away for a cheer competition - Goal is to eat healthy and hit the gym in hotel if I am able!!

What is today's personal goals? check in, track food and the elliptical. I was so hungry this morning, cold, tired and didn't want to work out. I went and I feel so much better. My Y is going through a $10M renovation. The building is over 100 years old. Today there was some sort of funky smell (burning). Hopefully the renovation and toxic smells won't kill me...LOL. Tomorrow I will be shoveling. Expecting a foot of snow :noway: Might have to mix up walking outside, going to a different Y and going to my Y. The renovation can't be good for my health.

Go for the colonoscopy! It is really not as bad as we think....the prep can be tough, but also kinda feels good getting everything cleaned out!! My mother never had one and died of colon cancer. Knowledge is power!
