    Hi guys! Hope all of you are well. Thought I'd keep in better touch while we wintered in Florida but that didn't happen. I didn't gain any weight though! Now back home and still winter so hopefully I'll get back into logging and posting regularly! Cross your fingers!

    Welcome back, DahliaBanker. :flowerforyou: Glad you got to stay in FL for the winter, although I don't think Winter is quite over yet for most of the country this year. In Dallas it went in the 80s yesterday, but supposed to be in the 20s by tomorrow morning. :noway:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? planned my meals & stuck with it (pretty much). Also, although especially challenged at The Cheesecake Factory when they didn't have what I had planned to order after checking their nutritionals on-line, I still made wise choices and didn't get de-railed (as has happened in the past0.
    What would I have done differently? nothing
    What are today's personal goals? stay under in calories & some exercise

    Mon - nope
    Tues - back exercises including sit ups & planks, push-ups, triceps extensions & dips
    Wed - nope
    Thurs - back exercises including sit ups & planks, push-ups, triceps extensions & dips
    Friday- nope
    Sat- back exercises including sit ups & planks, push-ups, triceps extensions & dips

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I didn't track dinner I was at a wedding last night
    and I did have a piece of cake. Weighed this morning and down 1.4 lbs. :bigsmile:
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Don't know
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did 45 min on bike to help my back loosen up.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What are today's personal goals? Drink my water, back to Phase 1 for two weeks, metabolism
    started to stall.

    Mon - Leslie Sasone 2 miles w/weights 34 min + Biking 15 min.
    Tues - Leslie Sasone 48 mins. - 2 miles
    Wed - Wii Fit 39 min. + 15 min biking
    Thurs - Pilates class 60 min.
    Fri - Biking 45 min.
    Sat- Biking 45 min.
    Sun- REST DAY

    Shirley -- Congrats on being down 1.4 pounds! Also, sorry to hear that you have to start up back exercises, again. I think that I will have to do them the rest of my life.

    Still trying to stay on track. This week a sinus cold and dripping attacked and coughing.
    I am taking some cough medicine to break this up and voice is going at times.
    Exercise will be slow this week.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Fighting a sinus cold and did cleaning yesterday.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Tried to rest as much as possible.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What are today's personal goals? Drink lots of fluids, do some weights.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? lots of exercise
    What would I have done differently? not bought the coconut covered cashews that were screaming to me to buy them as I passed them on the way to check out at Costco. And, then, of course, not eaten them!
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? stay under in calories. Probably no exercise today, and staying under in calories will be a challenge due to a big LONG dinner tonight.... :tongue:

    Tues - 13 min. Turbo Jam, push-ups, dips, triceps extensions, bicep curls & back exercises including sit ups & planks.
    Wed - nope
    Thurs - 45 min. Turbo Jam, 40 push-ups, 60 dips, triceps extensions with 4 lb weights (ready to increase! :smile: ), 6 sets of 5 different types of biceps curls with 4 pound weights, back exercises including 40 sit ups & 10 planks (9 10 second ones & one 30 second one)

    Feeling better today after purchasing some sinus spray. Now hubby is sick today. :sick:


    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, but didn't track dinner. Went out to celebrate
    hubby's birthday with friends.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Wasn't feeling well yesterday but did manage
    to stay on track.
    What would I have done differently? Doing some exercise but have to wait until I feel better.
    What are today's personal goals? Drink lots of fluids, today is my rest day.

    has gotten my cold and sore throat. He also had a fever. Doctor appt. today and he is on antibiotics. :sick:

    Just stopping by to say that I miss you and miss this but my life isn't such that I can do this daily. I am checking in on most weekends and logging daily although a few times I miss the midnight cut off. I am doing a family challenge and just resigned from one of my smaller jobs. It was hard after such a long un-underemployment time to realize I could let go of it. My two main part-time jobs are going well. I get as much exercise as possible. Still fighting weight gain rather than working on weight loss. But I am fighting. So maybe I will be back someday and wish you all well til then.

    Spring fever? Still too cold for spring fever. It's more like we're still in hybernation...LOL 29 degrees here today but at least it's not snowing - Yay! I'm hanging in there. Working out but not doing a really good job at tracking my food on a daily basis. Thursday I'll be posting a new Daily Check In - SPRING 2014!!! Maybe the warmer weather will follow :bigsmile: :flowerforyou:

    Well it's 50F today and tomorrow and then snow again on Thursday :ohwell:

    today drinking water to get rid of the sodium. :ohwell:

    battling cancer. Nice to hear her feel better.

    Hi everyone! I haven't been able to check-in here lately, but I just wanted to say hi! Life is so busy these days, but I'm on track :) I made my goal for Winter, and will check back in on the Spring thread! I decided to work for just five more pounds but will take it slow.
