I wish more people realized that there is no way to lose weight fast and easy. It gets exhausting seeing all the threads with people asking how to lose weight really fast, and often times they are teens pretending to be adults or young adults.
It's pretty darned easy to gain weight, but losing and then maintaining takes a lot of hard work and eduction about the caloric value of food. And, if we exercise, we need to learn how to find accurate calorie burns rather then just blindly grabbing the numbers of MFP or the gym machines. We need to learn how calories in/calories out work, and how to do proper math to ensure that we are functioning at a calorie deficit. Once you get it down, it's pretty much rocket science.0
