i remember when I was a kinesiology student before i switched back to accounting,
one professor talked about quickest ways to weight lose is losing a limb. If he had to lose 20-30lbs in 24hrs to get 20 million dollars, he said he give up a leg to get there.
As a class we agreed a leg would be the way to go. with modern prosthetics, losing a leg doesn't hinder one's life style as it used to. Plus you'd lose the most weight with the surgery (leg weighs more than an arm), and would still have all your upper limbs so you can use the internet, play on Imgur, Reddit, and MFP. Though it's the fastest, I do not think it's the easiest.
If you can find a DeLorean and hit 88mph... that would do the trick too I'm sure. Quickest and easiest for sure - time spent= negative, effort = easy as driving. =P0 -
I love the lose a leg discussion....I told my doctor my goal is to not lose a specific amount of weight, but to be within the "normal BMI" range by the end of the year. He said what do you need to do in order for that to happen? I said, "Lose 16 pounds or grow 6 inches"!0

No, killing your pancreatic beta cells is a quick and easy way to lose weight. I lost 50 pounds in three months because of it. Of course, I now need to test my blood sugar 10 times a day and need to inject insulin multiple times a day to stay alive.0

You know, I've lost about 46 pounds now and my coworker asked how to get down to my size or lose weight. She said she wanted to do it "as fast as possible" I told her if she wanted to lose a higher percentage of muscle or lean body mass go right ahead, otherwise, slow and steady wins the race. I reminded her I've been at this nearly 6 months and that I've had to really watch my calories, since I was overcompensating for my workouts(that's how I gained weight). Her face fell with disappointment. "I dont feel like counting cals and I don't like to workout" she said. Oh well.0
