    I would love to the challenge. My goals are to
    drink 8 glasses of water a day,
    log everything I eat everyday, and to
    do at least one household chore before going to work.

    My 3 challenges are:

    1) Drink 8 glasses of water each day
    2) Exercise for at least 15 minutes or more at least 6 days per week
    3) Go to bed no later than 11:00 pm each night

    I'd love it if you can add me. My goals:
    1) Log and stay under my calories everyday.
    2) Run on the elliptical for 30 minutes everyday
    3) Avoid alcohol

    Count me in..Sounds like a great way to start off the New Year!!

    1) Drink 9 cups of water a day
    2) Limit sweets to once a week..(because this has been something I do just about everyday & I need to get away from it) Just don't think I can cold turkey..
    3) Exercise 5 days a week...:smile:



    I meant exercise 6 days a week..

    Sounds fun! Can one thing be non-fitness related?

    My three things would be :
    1. Exercise 5 days/ week.
    2. Log everyday and stay under 5 days/ week.
    3. Study for 20 minutes everyday ( I really need this!).
