Exactly 100 days ago, I embarked on a life-changing journey. I took a long look at myself in the mirror, and decided it was time for a change.. I was 40 pounds overweight, had no energy, felt bad most days due to my arthritis, and was generally grumpy. Something had to change.
When I first began, I said, "Okay, I'm going to give this my all for 100 days, and see what happens. After that, if there is no change, I'll just go back to eating whatever I want." Well, I am happy to report that on Day 100 I am down 21 pounds!
People ask me how I'm doing it all the time, and I tell them about MFP.
The first pic is the day I started. The 2nd pic is Day 100 (today, December 18, 2018!70 -

Lost 46lbs since January 2018 just by calorie counting I haven’t been strict for the past 4-5 months but I haven’t regained so thats plus!!! Now for the last 24lbs which I have heard is incredibly harder I’ve set my goal date of 31st March is this doable?67 -
