    Wow amazing! I am 5’8 as well and started at almost the same weight. It’s been 3 months only for me. Did you have to do a lot of cut -bulk cycles?

    Thanks for the kind words. First, I just noticed I made a typo. My starting weight was 251 lbs, not 215.

    In the two years I went from 251 to 181, it was just continuous weight loss, no distinct bulking of any sort. Although I've been lifting for 15 years, so most of my lean tissue was generated during that period.
