    I hate when people try to get diagnosis over the phone. You can't see, feel and hear things over the phone. It gets really bad when they've already looked it up on Google and all they want is for you to agree and prescribe meds without looking at the pet.

    I've had some really good clients lately. It makes it easier to keep going when you run across one that obviously didn't listen to a word you said.

    Pro Tip: Running (literally) up the front door of a business, asking if it's closed, being obviously surprised that there is security, then walking around outside for another 10 minutes after conversation with said security, makes you look SUSPICIOUS AS FRAK!

    Another Pro tip: When you are the last person leaving said business, lock the side doors too, so no one helps themselves to hundreds of thousands of dollars in chrome mags and tires before the random patrol comes by...
