    Good morning everyone! Today I completed the Push Circuit 3 dvd from the Chalean Extreme program and the Core-week3 dvd from the Kettleworx series. My legs and back are very sore from last week's workout. I plan to push through the soreness even though I have to admit I procrastinated with today's workout. I really did not feel like working out today but managed to get up and push play on the dvd.

    Oh my God, please let this past month be a horrible dream! I don't know how much more we can take. We laid Nick's Grandma to rest Saturday, here it is Monday and we now have to do the same for Nick's Grandpa this weekend. He was in ICU when his kidneys failed. Please keep us in your thoughts. I don't know how much more we can take. I'm at a loss of words.

    Sorry guys, it's been a tough few weeks, but I'm back! Just finished our Respiratory block and am now to Heme and Lymph! Woohoo! 6 weeks till Christmas break and I get to see my family... they haven't seen me since I was 195, so this should be fun! ; )

    Don't know if I'll make it down to 140. Not worried if I don't. I can say that I have had a lot of excess skin with the rapid loss back at the beginning of the year that has regained some of it's elasticity, so I don't really mind seeing huge drops right now b/c I kind of want things to tighten up too.

    Good afternoon everyone! I headed to the gym this morning to do some HIITs. I completed 35 minutes on the elliptical with the crossramp at level 8 and alternated between level 6 for recovery and level 10 for the intensity. I then completed 30 minutes on the spinning bike.

    Good morning all and happy hump day! Today is my Friday because tomorrow is Veteran's Day so we have the day off and Friday is our designated Furlough day so no work then either. Today I completed the Shoulders and Arms dvd from the P90X program and the Fast Abs-workout 2 dvd from the Kettleworx series.

    I'm still trying to reach ONEderland by Monday....I've been trying to do some extra workouts this week, but I'm not really doing so great. I had a few beers twice this week, but oh that Pumpkin Ale is OHHHH so good! :drinker: I'm hoping to at least get a few pounds off this week. I KNOW I CAN DO IT! Come on, Kelly! :angry:

    Good morning everyone! As I stated yesterday, I have the next two days off and I must admit it felt great being able to sleep in just a little later today. I got up w/a lot of energy and a desire to burns some calories so instead of heading to the gym I rocked it out with Chalean. I completed 47 minutes of the Burn Intervals dvd and 30 minutes of the Turbo Jam Fat Blaster dvd. Overall this was a great workout.

    Kintegra: Good luck w/hitting 1derland very soon......Go hard but don't overdo it.

    I'm actually surprised that the scale went down, after the horrible 3 weeks I've had, I thought for sure I'd be up this morning. Anyway, I hope you all have a better weekend than I will be having. Watching Nick tell his Grandpa goodbye will be hard. Hug your family extra tight everyday. <3 Bru

    Good afternoon everyone! Today is another ladies day out event. My girlfriends and I are heading to a winery in order to have a tour and see how wine is produced. Once the tour is complete we're able to taste five different wines. Im unsure if we're going to dinner afterwards so I play that part of the day by ear. Anyway, I've never been to a winery so I'm really excited to take this tour. Since I knew I would be wine tasting today I hit the gym REAL HARD this morning. I completed 35 minutes on the elliptical and 47 minutes in a kickboxing class.

    Good afternoon everyone! I had a fun-filled weekend and I'm really looking forward to chilling out and watching some football today. I got up early this morning and got my workout in. I completed 2 miles of the Leslie Sansone Fat Burning Walk dvd. Once the workout was complete, I got dressed and headed to the grocery store. Now that all my errands have been completed I don't have to leave the house for the rest of the day.

    I have continued to be consistently inconsistent. I have been exercising more. I ate very poorly much of last week, so I am just glad that I didn't gain. I look at my numbers and see that I really need to focus on doing this.

    I'm getting really disgusted! I have had a few days that weren't all that good but nothing major and I feel like I am still on this flippin' plateau! MFP changed my cals when I reached 213 and I am wondering if that had something to do with the last 3 weeks. Just kicked TOM to the curb so I really don't know. AHHHHHH!!!!

    No ONEderland yet....:cry: Oh well...I didn't work out at all on Saturday due to being out of town with my dad, and Sunday was a day with CJ. I should have went to the gym early yesterday morning since I was up, but I decided to do laundry & clean the house before CJ arrived instead. I gotta kick it this week! I'm headed to the gym right after work!
