    I did a cardio funk (dance class, like a hip hop version of zumba) class, with a 20 minute stat. bike warm up.

    I'll be doing this after work. Started it last night then 2 guests turned up unexpectedly so I had to stop and didn't get to finish it. Be doing it after work tonight
